The 2023 North Carolina Oyster Summit will convene oyster researchers, managers, growers, harvesters, restaurateurs, restoration practitioners, state legislators, educators and others for a two-day workshop and legislative reception on May 9th and 10th in Raleigh, at the Marbles Kids Museum. The Summit is designed to celebrate recent oyster accomplishments and coalesce the partnerships that will accelerate future oyster work.
Join us for a spring kayak adventure where you will tour the Coastal Federation’s demonstration oyster lease and sample NC oysters at Blue Water Grill & Raw Bar.
Come on down to the Raleigh Wine Shop to enjoy fresh oysters and other dishes alongside some of the finest wine in Raleigh. Starts at 5pm!
