The first annual Beaufort Oyster Fest will be held at the Harvey W. Smith Boathouse on Front Street in downtown Beaufort, North Carolina, showcasing 10 different farm-raised oyster varieties sourced exclusively from Carteret County! These oysters will be paired with some fantastic wines and local Fishtowne craft beers, as well as live music from The Spread! Each guest will be given a menu with suggested pairings and flavor notes for each oyster of the evening so you have the best experience possible, and the oysters will be shucked by the farmers themselves who are happy to answer any questions. Our goal is for everybody to learn more about oysters, what they do, and how they end up tasting so good and so different. This year, we are raising money for our local North Carolina Maritime Museum in Beaufort, but we will choose a new recipient in our county each year. Come have a great time with great people, great oysters and a beautiful Beaufort sunset!

• General Admission tickets are available at the door on the day of the event as well
• Adult Drink Tickets, for use on Fishtowne Brewery beverages, will be available for purchase at the event.
