DESCRIPTION:Welcome to the first annual Big Cypress Groundhog Day Oyster Roast! The event will be held on the eve of the eve of G-hog Day (Saturday\, Jan 31\, 2026) at Wrightsville Beach Brewery. Enjoy a live acoustic set by the talented Adam Carswell\, and wear your best Groundhog Day costume (be creative!) for a shot at raffle prizes like Big Cypress merch and free oyster deliveries. \n\n\n\nThis year’s event will benefit the Alec Michael Pearson Outdoorsman Memorial Foundation. Alec was a dear friend\, fishing partner\, and dive buddy who lost his life in a freediving accident in 2022.
